The name is the method. Every project starts with a constraint people have stopped questioning, and ends with it gone.
Most work is slower than it needs to be because it is stuck behind something: a manual process, a spreadsheet held together by one person, or a tool that was never built for the job. We find that thing and build the way out.
We are small on purpose. The people who design the system are the people who build and run it, so nothing gets lost in translation.

We do not start with features. We start with the bottleneck that is actually costing people time, and design backward from removing it.
Local-first, ship fast
Software that loads instantly, runs without a fragile backend, and gets into real hands early. Working beats polished-but-late.
Systems over spreadsheets
Tribal knowledge and one-off spreadsheets do not scale. We turn them into systems a team can run without a wiki of workarounds.
One clear way out
Every project should leave one constraint measurably looser than we found it. If it does not, it is not done.
